Spectrum, Nepal’s first ever Management Festival, targeting different Undergrad students from various part of Nepal not only gave a platform for students to implement business ideas but also helped them discover creative solutions from different spheres of management for a better tomorrow. Spectrum event was an opportunity for students to not only showcase their capabilities but also an opportunity to compete with the best of brains of the country. The two day event consisted various fields of management such as Entrepreneurships, Human Resource Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Wealth Management, Business Quiz And Group Talk where students were able to use their creativeness and find effectiveanalytical solutions for better business. Each of these management department were led by core team members: heads( Suruchi Sharma, Ankit Shrestha, Pujan Shrestha, Pratik Ghimire,Uttam Rai, Raman Shrestha, AshrinaRanjit, Subin Singh) who successfully coordinated to give participants with different management scenario to solve and implement a profitable business plan. Spectrum also gave participants a chance to unleash their potential and make their own recognition among other participants from different institutions across the country.
The two day event was organized by Ace Institute of Management. This day saw many active Organizers and volunteers come and work together to make this event a successful one. This event was also sponsored by Global Reach, WWF, The Kathmandu Post, and Hotel Temple Inn.
Spectrum was originally designed with a theme of being an Alchemist which was to “Strategize” “Organize” and “Execute” various concepts. It also foresaw participants from both inside and outside Kathmandu valley. Participants from colleges such as St.Xaviers, Kathmandu College of Management, Kathmandu University School of Management, Islington College, Green Peace Lincoln (Itahari), Boston International College (Chitwan), Asian college of management and technology, Kings College,Rajdhani College,Lincoln International College participated in the main events where they competed with one another to become better Entrepreneurs.Finally, the wining trophy was taken by the Islington College.
