There are three components to the fee structure; the trimester fees, tuition fees and university charges. The trimester fee is Rs 6,500 per trimester and it includes fees for internal examinations, library, computing and other academic support activities. University charges are for registration, affiliation and examinations, which are levied as per actual.

Please Note:

1. The fee structure does not include university charges. The current university charges are as follows;
   
   
   • Program registration: 1,000.00 (One time)
   • University affiliation: 3,500.00 (Per year)
   • University examination: 1,500.00 (Per trimester)
   
   
2. Deposit is refunded only on completion of the program.
   
   
3. No other additional cost will be levied for non-credit courses and other extracurricular activities.
   
   
4. For every additional trimester taken to complete the program including trimester breaks, trimester fee of Rs 6,500 will be applicable. University charges and course fee per course for repetition will be levied.
   
   
5. The fee structure does not include any additional tax levied by the Government of Nepal.
