Project Based Action Learning
Guided by our philosophy that each one of us learns differently and that no one approach is superior to the other, we encourage students to take responsibility for their learning. Teachers are encouraged to serve as facilitators helping students learn the application of knowledge rather than limit learning to memorization of facts and theories. Educational methods such as lectures, small group exercises, management games, project work, case studies and presentations are used. Computers, statistical kits and audio visual aids are also extensively used.
Students are encouraged to ask questions as well as participate in interactive lecture sessions using case analysis and presentation, reviews and feedback as well as take home assignments and project works which involve studies of real organizations and practical internships.
